The scale tonight said....... 193...... that is 8lbs in 11 days, not bad!!!! Sunday will be the half way point for him. When I mentioned that to him his comment was "it hasn't been too bad overall. More of a mental thing, telling myself to stay on track and not give in to temptation and not follow my old habits."

P.S. I just have to share with all of you a message I just received from a woman who went through the 28 day program last month.
