Just a little update on how the girls are doing! Everyone is still going strong. Each of us at our own pace, some a little faster than others and that is so totally fine! I just came of 28days of hard core watch what I eat and now have put 1lb back on--- totally normal :) I have a little over a week to take off about 3.5 pounds to make one of my goals my coach set for March 18th..... to be under 160 or else pay the fine! which is no going out to lunch for one month! Eeek!
What I am most proud of with this group of ladies is that they keep at it, sure they have a bad day or 2 but they get back to the changes they have made.
That's all it takes...... the courage to take that step, and keep stepping and then RUN and JUMP! wahooo it feels so good!!!!!
